Biohuman

Chapter 724 Bag It And Tag It

"Oh-1 to A-1, no signs of life. It\'s quiet." Olivia quietly answered. "Anythin you wish for me to do?"

"Round to the point on your screen. L-1, you too."

"Uh, there\'s a problem!" Liz shouted. "I think they\'re coming!" Manny cursed under his breath and let out a sigh.

"Oh-1. E-1. R-4. I guess it\'s time." Manny sighed.

"I\'ve been waiting for this all my life!" Evan happily cheered. "I\'ll be there in a jiffy!"

"Hurry!" Liz whispered.

"Roger." Rituska acknowledged.

"Roger. Over and out." Olivia nodded. Olivia stood up and ran through the building. Olivia\'s hair was short like a bob. It was black and she wore dark clothes to blend into the city landscape. A bracelet was attached to her right wrist and a single earring dangled from her left ear. She quickly moved through the building, jumping and lsiding down the rough debris path towards the street.

\'It\'s over there.\' Olivia recognized the point. Many months of learning to use Fox Spirit and Biohuman technology gave her an edge. She could see in the darkness due to the enchantment on her earring and could communicate telepathically with the bracelet on her right hand. A couple daggers were strapped around her with a brown bag that seemed filled with something that made no noise.

Olivia quickly navigated her way through the darkness, slipping through hard paths and opening them up with ease with Dismantle. Her ability had evolved enough to break down and remove objects, but she also got something handy, too. Olivia quickly closed the path behind her without even thinking about it and pushed forward. She was a mole who could dig her way forward while also replacing the dirt behind her.

She popped out of side of a buried building and listened to the howl. It was here. Olivia pulled the dagger strapped to her thigh out and moved forwards. The point was coming up and a red dot was to the left of her. Olivia slid into the middle of the street. A large dog-cat beast roared as it noticed her. A purple lightning bug flew in the air as it continued to zap it and move towards Olivia.

"I\'m here!" Olivia shouted.

"Thank god! Hurry up and capture it!" Liz shouted flying towards her. The dog-cat beast opened its jaws. A glowing red energy swirled as it fired it straight for Liz. "Barrier!" A large electric barrier flew up, blocking the attack as Olivia\'s dagger shifted into a grenade.

"Got it!" Olivia shouted. "Ritsuka? Evan? Are you there!"

"Already here!" Evan responded. A loud burst of energy hit the dog-cat from behind sending it forward. Evan\'s rough blonde hair fluttered to a stop as he wore a similar outfit to Olivia. He wore a necklace and a pair of small earrings. "All yours, Liz!"

Liz grunted as she released the charge of psionic energy from her hands. Her eyes glowed bright purple as the lightning slammed into the cat-dog\'s head.

"Where\'s Ritsuka?" Manny asked.

"I\'m already here. Don\'t worry about me." Ritsuka cooly answered. He pulled the bowstring back as an arrow formed. A mixture of connecting enchants linked in his mind as his black hair was up in a man bun. The bow billowed with red and black energy as Ritsuka released it. The arrow soar straight to the enemy, growling large. The arrow exploded into a new as it landed on top of the cat-dog, shocking it.

"Now your turn, Olivia!" Manny shouted. Olivia pulled the top and threw the "grenade" at the large beast. The "grenade" landed on the beast, releasing a large vortex as it sucked in the beast and clamped on itself. The "grenade" rattled for a moment then stopped.

"Did you get it?" Manny asked. Ritsuka, Evan, Liz and Olivia watched the "grenade" carefully. "Did you—"

"I think we\'re clear!" Evan shouted. He rushed forward and leaned over and picked up the ball. He raised it up and waved it. He looked up at Ritsuka, who noticed it was done and moved away from the edge. "A job well done!"

 "Now what?" Liz asked.

"Return to base." Manny ordered.

"Where\'s Keng?" Evan blurred forward towards the girls. "Wasn\'t he supposed to be here? Why didn\'t he help?"

"He\'s handling the curse." Liz landed next to Olivia. Liz\'s hair had turned a strange purple-hue. She wore her usual get up of pins as she turned and pointed somewhere off in the distance.  "He\'ll come back when he\'s done."

"Wasn\'t it my turn to watch him?" Ritsuka asked, pulling a marble off his belt. He tossed it and watched a portal open up.

"No, it\'s my turn. That\'s why I\'m here." Manny answered. "Speaking of that, I need to check on him!" There was a loud audible noise that rang through all of their ears. They could hear Manny running off somewhere as Ritsuka sighed.

"I\'m going back first then." Ritsuka told the group. "Don\'t wait up for him. He\'ll come back on his own."

"Yeah, yeah. We know." Olivia fanned herself. Ritsuka stepped through the portal and disappeared, leaving Liz, Evan and Olivia to themselves. "What now?"

"We should check on him before we leave." Liz scratched her neck. "But… Y\'know… He tells us he doesn\'t need help."

"\'It\'s nothing you can help with. I\'ll come when I\'m done.\'" Evan mocked Keng. He patted Olivia and motioned for them to leave. "C\'mon, let\'s go! I hear there\'s good food tonight! I want Mama Wang\'s ribs!"

"I never thought you\'d become a foodie." Liz chuckled turning to follow. She glanced behind to see if Olivia was coming and noticed her staring off into the distance. Liz sighed and tapped Evan to stop. She motioned at Evan and the two nodded at each other. "C\'mon, Liv, there\'s nothing we can do. Let him be. It\'s his way of… Dealing with things."

"Mmm." Olivia nodded. She turned and jogged after the group. "Auntie said she\'s making ribs?"

"The spicy ones!" Evan excitedly answered.

"Ooo, I hope there\'s that sauce with it, again." Olivia smiled. Evan plucked a marble off his belt and tossed it. A colorful portal opened up. It was daytime unlike where they were.

"We got to give the beast to Chewy before we can rest." Liz reminded them.

"Yes, ma\'am. We know." Evan and Olivia answered in unison. Evan and Liz stepped into the portal as Olivia turned and looked back one last time. She could see Keng\'s symbol on the bottom right of her peripheral vision. He was listening in but didn\'t say anything.

"Come back soon, Keng. I\'m sure he\'ll want to see you." Olivia told him before entering the portal. The portal closed, leaving the last bit of light to fade. A bustling town of people grew around Olivia. She moved out of the hut and greeted the children and older men before exiting the house.

Revit, the bustling town, had quickly grown in size. Many more children roamed the streets and there were plenty of soldiers, adventurers and workers around. Olivia winced at the twin suns in the sky as she moved her arm to block it.

"There you are." A mature woman\'s voice spoke. Olivia turned and noticed it was Lily. She was tall like her brothers and wore Gold and Silver with pink laced in her outfit. It was her very own Savior uniform. No musical instruments were strapped on her anymore. She didn\'t even have a weapon. Her pink hair was braided in a crown as she smiled at Olivia. "Everything go fine?"

"Yeah." Olivia answered.

"Mom\'s excited to have you guys back after all that time. You guys were in there for… What a few weeks?" Lily asked.

"Something like that." Olivia nodded. "You continue to get older every time I see you. Are you sure you\'ve stopped growing?" Olivia pointed at Lily\'s package. They were well endowed and Lily laughed.

"I\'m an adult. Whatever stories Leader Keng has told you, erase it! I\'m no longer the little girl he keeps on thinking I am. I\'m his right hand! I deal with all of the Saviors stuff. I\'ve grown that place to what it is now!" Lily complained.

"If you call two students growing, sure." Olivia chuckled. Lily side elbowed Olivia as the Wang residence came into view.

"Hi, Lily! Hi Olivia! Are you guys back from mission?" A little kid asked. The two women stopped and smiled.

"Yeah we are." Olivia nodded.

"Do you have something to give me? I wanna show it to my friends?" The kid asked, lifting their arms up and doing a \'give me motion\' to the women.

"How about this?" Lily conjured an intricate glowing flower crown and smiled.

"Whoa! YES!" The kid snatched it and ran.

"They\'re always asking for stuff from you. You shouldn\'t use your powers like that all the time." Olivia told Lily.

"I know, but the joy on their faces. It\'s priceless." Lily smiled. "C\'mon, Mom hasn\'t seen me in ages and wants to see her only daughter after all these years."
